- Description :
- • Dismantling of the roof covering of the flat roof for further use: duck, XPS heat insulator
• Dismantling of the lightning rod for further use
• Dismantling of protective geotextiles and PVC foil for debris
• Disconnection of supply cabling and media distribution from air handling units, fans and air conditioners. Move and octhe edge of the air conditioning units during the next installation of the roof.
• Dismantling of the old roof penetration protectors and debris inlets.
• Cleaning and reprofiling the penetrations of the pipe protectors and distribution technology through the ceiling concrete slab, installation of new system fittings (protectors), their inlets and sealedi.
• Cleaning of the underlying fall layer of perlite concrete, its reprofiling of the correct fall with a trowel and screed, impregnation before gluing PVC.
• Full-surface gluing of the PVC waterproofing film system on the level base of the fall layer, attics and penetrations. Covering with protective geotextile
• Connecting all air ductshnic units through new penetrations.
• Installation of XPS thermal insulation, with delivery of drainage geotextiles and installation of a duck with delivery of missing materials.
• Installation of lightning rod including revision
• Partial painting of the interior spaces with abrasion-resistant paint and replacement of damaged ceiling cassettes;
•Disposal of generated waste at the landfill and cleaning of the construction site. - Documents :
