- Description :
- The services will consist of:
- summer months: maintenance of grass areas by mowing, chemical maintenance of the playground, sweeping of roads and sidewalks including chemical treatment by own means and collection of leaves;
- winter months: cleaning of snow from roads, paved surfaces and sidewalks, including chemical sprinkling andresearch material by own means (the width of the road at the entrance to the area is approx. 4 m, in the area approx. 5 to 8 m, the width of the sidewalks is approx. 1.5 m and 2 m);
- cleaning the building's flat roofs, rain gutters and gutters, including boilers and dirt traps on the building's gutters after cloggingfalling leaves, air raids and other impurities.
- the work will be carried out according to Standard SPPK A02 007:2016 Elimination of selected invasive plant species.
Performance of external maintenance of the premises is governed by the Service Level Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "SLA"). - Documents :
