- The subject of the Public Contract is the Provider's commitment to ensure for the Customer the expansion of the functionality of the anti-virus protection of the environment of the Ministry of Finance and the Financial Administration in order to increase the security and availability of e-mail messages through multi-layered anti-virus protection of the environment against malwarere. The Provider undertakes to ensure:
a) License authorization to use the SW Product ensuring multi-layer anti-virus protection of the environment against malware (hereinafter referred to as the "SW Product VSOPM") including the manufacturer's standardized technical support for the Customer's 21,800 e-mail boxes according to the specification stated in Ex.Annex No. 1 of the Binding Draft Agreement,
b) installation and implementation of the SW Product VSOPM into the existing infrastructure of the Client, including the related operational documentation (hereinafter referred to as "Implementation") according to the specification set out in Annex No. 2, part b) of the Binding Draft Agreement,
c) service support of the Provider SW Prodof the VSOPM Act (hereinafter referred to as "Service Support") according to the specification set out in Appendix No. 2, part a) of the Binding Draft Agreement,
d) provision of additional changes in the area of cyber security pursuant to Article VIII, Paragraph 7 et seq. of the Binding Draft Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "DZKB service").
