Provision of user support services for selected agenda information systems of the Ministry of the Environment
Description of the order: The subject of the fulfillment of the public order is the provision of telephone support services in the form of a passive call center and written support services in the form of a ticketing tool for answeringseeing user questions. This is about technical security in the form of a service as well as personal security for the provision of 1st level support. The subject of the fulfillment of the public order (in accordance with the complete ZD annexes) is A. Initial implementation of telephone and written support services B. Technical security of the solutionand telephone support in the form of a service C. Technical security of the written support solution in the form of a service D. Staffing of the telephone and written support services at the first level of support in the scope of a maximum of 12 registered operators E. Control access to the environment of the services provided for the Principal F. Manmanagement reports and evaluation of the operation of the provided services G. Service modifications in the maximum range of 20 MD. The conditions of fulfillment and the scope of the services provided are defined in the individual annexes of the ZD.
