• The subject of the contract is the supplier's obligation to provide the customer with licenses for software products within the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions - CASA EES license program (hereinafter referred to as "EES"), including other services. Required products: Microsoft 365 EDU A3, which includes at least: •Windows A3 • Office 365 A3 Enterprise Mobility + Security A3 (EMS A3) •Minecraft Education Edition • EES benefits The purpose of the public contract is to cover the licensing needs on the computers of the contributory organizations established by Zlínský region in the field of education. The contracting authority Zlínský kraj conducts the procurement procedure in the position of the central contracting authority pursuant to § 9 paragraph 1 letter b) ZVZZ to its own account and the account of the authorizing contracting authorities, the list of which is contained in the procurement documentation. Selected supplier concludes a standard contract with the central contracting authority and further concludes a contract with each authorizing contracting authority to ensure the implementation of the public contract for supplies. Grant of usage rights to Microsort's software products The purpose of public procurement is coverage licensing needs on the computers of contributory organizations established by the Zlín Region in the field of education.
