Description:
The subject of the concluded contract will be the provision of transport services in the territory of the city of Žďar nad Sazavou by means of bus transport (city public transport) for a period of 10 years, in accordance with Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on public services in the transport of passengers and on the amendment of other laws, and the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EC) No. 1370/2007 on public services in the transport of passengers by rail and road and on the repeal of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1191/69 and No. 1107/70.
The customer anticipates driving performance in the range of 300,000 to 350,000 km per year, while the annual value of the services will not exceed EUR 1,000,000.
WITH considering the scope of services, the contract with the carrier will be concluded in the form of direct assignment in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 4 of Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EC) No. 1370/2007 and § 18 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll.
