- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement without the renewal of competition between the contracting authority and one supplier, on the basis of which public contracts for services will be awarded.and data telecommunications services for the central contracting authority, i.e. the Karlovy Vary Region, and for the authorizing contracting authority, i.e. organizations founded or established by the Karlovy Vary Region, as well as municipalities and cities in the administrative district of the Karlovy Vary Region and organizations founded or established by them, involved in the procurement processfor the conclusion of a framework agreement ("telecommunications services").
Telecommunications services mean in particular:
a) the provision of mobile voice and data telecommunications services via the GSM network of a mobile operator,
b) the provision of fixed voice and data telecommunications services,
c)priority calling for selected SIM cards, d) provision of all other services and performance specified in the terms and conditions, e) provision of all activities related to the provision of the services and performance specified in the previous bullet points, according to the needs and requirements of the contracting authority and entrustingof the contracting authorities.
Telecommunications services will be provided on the basis of:
a) participation contracts, which will be concluded between the selected supplier and the contracting authority, or authorizing contracting authorities, on the basis of a framework agreement, and
b) participation agreements concluded between the selected supplier and the contracting authority, or authorizing... - Documents :
