• Description:
• The subject of this general contract, co-financed from the Modernization Fund from the RES+ 4 Call, is:
  A. activity of technical supervision of the investor (TDI)
  - the activity of professional technical supervision before the start of the implementation of the PV Project, i.e. prior control of PD implementations and the readiness of individual roads for PV installation;
  - compliance check supplier of FVE according to the contract for drilling within the FVE Project;
  - assuming the function of expert technical supervision (investor) during the actual implementation of the PV Project, i.e. during the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a set of photovoltaic power plants (PV) on the expected site of 53 objects (65 hundred);
  - control of documentation details (project documentation of realizations, actual execution and technical documentation);
  - rate and cooperation during acceptance tests, during advance work, including the collection of defects and delays, and including inspections their removal in the framework of the FVE Project;
  12 (surface of Vzvy RES+4) in rmci Project FVE.
  B. coordinated meetings and inspection days
  -organization, leadership and participation in regular coordination meetings and control days held in the expected period of 32 in total with a tolerance of +/- 10% of this given period in the framework of the FVE Project;
  - the deadline for coordination meetings and control days is always set in the middle of an even week.
  The contractor points out that the selected contractor must be professionally qualified to take on the subject of the Public Order. The contractor of the FVE Project (contractor of construction works) offered a fully used SolarEdge product. Therefore, as part of the proper and professional performance of the TDI, the contracting authority requires that the person performing the TDI (selected supplier) had the following certifications:
