Description:
The subject of this order is the provision of expert advice in the area listed below for the Czech Trade Promotion Agency/CzechTrade (hereinafter referred to as the "client").republic or countries in which the contracting authority has its offices.
b) Processing of expert opinions, topics and recommendations according to the requirements of the contracting authority, in written form. and inlinked to the activities of the contracting authority - contribution organization MPO - according to Czech and EU legislation and the legislation of the countries where CT has its offices,
- tax consultancy in the area of purchasing cross-border services,
- monthly checking of documents and VAT returns according to the needs of the contracting authority,
- creation of the monthly report from the controlol tax documents reported in the relevant tax period when determining the monthly level of significance, checking all documents above this level when processing the minutes from the monthly check and as part of the annual declaration, determining the VAT proportional number,
- as part of the annual VAT levy, calculating theserial number and checking its correct application in the client's accounting incl. processing of the document for its calculation,
- participation in meetings or representing the contracting authority before the relevant tax authority,
- preparing opinions on tax issues, consulting and participating in negotiations according to the client's requirementsthe.
