Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of a system of providing employee benefits (benefits) based on the drawing of funds from the Fund for Cultural and Social Needs in accordance with Decree No. 114/2002 Coll., on the Fund for Cultural and Social Needs, as amended (Decree on FKSP), i.e. provision of services in particularena in the field of culture, health, education, recreational and sports activities, ensuring the ordering of these services, managing the individual accounts of the client's employees, including ensuring regular reporting on the status of employee accounts, through an electronic system. It is also a subjectfulfillment of the public contract for the training of designated employees of the contracting authority, namely at least 50 persons, in the scope of at least 5 working days, including the delivery of a training manual.
