- The purpose of the tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier whose subject will be ensured by continuous and repeated services at the fair exhibition at foreign tourism trade fairs associated with the presentation of the contracting authority, which will be carried out under the conditions specified in this tenderDocumentation and its annexes, in quantities and deadlines according to the current needs of the contracting authority during the period 48 months from the effectiveness of the framework agreement, based on sub -orders of the contracting authority. PresumedThe list of fairs for the period 2025 - 2029 was processed by the contracting authority on the basis of his previous experience and practice and is indicative. The contracting authority states that for the period of validity and effectiveness of the framework agreement (48 months), all trade fairs listed in the list may not be implemented. The contracting authority also reservesPossibility to include in the plan of trade fairs under the conditions set out in these tender conditions, in particular in Annex 5 of this tender documentation - a binding proposal for a framework agreement, as well as another in the orientation list specifically not specified foreign fair. Specific trade fairs will be based onthe current needs of the contracting authority.
