- The subject of this public contract entitled "Provision of services for the development of the DRIVING
PERFORMANCE/MILEAGE APPLICATION and its subsequent development, support and maintenance" (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract")
is the provision of services consisting in (i) delivery of the work according to the binding draft contract, i.e. ensuring
complex application developmentsystem (hereinafter also referred to as "development services"), further services (ii) ad hoc
application development (hereinafter also referred to as "development services") (together also referred to as "development and development services"),
support and maintenance services (hereinafter also as "support and maintenance services") of the DRIVING PERFORMANCE/MILEAGE application, including providingthat of all related knowledge of support and execution of necessary actions when terminating the contractual relationship between the client and the selected supplier and when handing over performance to another supplier (hereinafter also referred to as "exit services"); (development and development services, support and
maintenance services and exit services together are alson "Services").
