- The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of services
for the contracting authority connected with the provision of foreign business/work trips of the contracting authority's employees and other persons designated by the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "services"). reservationand ticket reservation changes
b) Until the ticket is issued free of charge, the following changes can be made:
•changing the name of the participant,
•changing the date and time of departure and arrival,
•cancelling the reservation.

d)Tracking dates issuance of tickets
e) Notification of the impending expiration of the reservation, changes in the reservation or ticket price
f)Issuing tickets
g)Electronic delivery of tickets
h)Delivery of printed travel documents to the principal's headquarters

j)Provision of tickets for trains, buses, ferries and other transport abroad, purchase, reservation and change of ticket reservation
k)Zasecuring accommodation abroad, purchasing, booking and changing accommodation reservations
