- Description:
- The subject of this public contract is to ensure comprehensive services associated with renting, washing and chemical cleaning, ironing, almonding, transporting dirty laundry and importing clean laundry to the contracting authority's binding schedule for Klatovy hospital, a.s. for 60months. All this in accordance with ZD and its attachments and according to closer specifications and requirements of the contracting authority. The estimated VZ for 48 months is CZK 22,400,000,00 without VAT. Estimated value of the reserved change in the obligation pursuant to Section 100 (1) of the Public Procurement Act: CZK 2,200,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated value of the reserved changeobligation according to Section 100 (3) of the ZZVZ: 6 720 000,00 CZK without VAT. The value of the public contract for the performance of 60 months is CZK 28 000 000.00 without VAT. The estimated value of the public contract (in 60 months), including the maximum use of the reserved change in the obligation and option right for 48 months is CZK 36,920,000.00without VAT.
