- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the provision of security audits of information systems and infrastructure in the contracting authority's environment. Part of the subject matter of the performance of the public contract is directly related to the fulfillment of the requirements of Arte of Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security and on the amendment of related laws, as amended, and Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., on security measures, cyber security incidents, reactive measures, submission requirements in the field of cyber security and liqdata identification, as amended. The supplier acknowledges that, in the event that a contract is concluded with him, he will be registered by the contracting authority as a significant supplier within the meaning of § 8 of the Decree on Cybersecurity, in relation to these information systems of the contracting authority ABO/ ABO-K, SKD, CERTIS, DMS, ESPIS, ISAI, JERRS, KRZR. A more detailed specification of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions, is given in the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 1 ZD.
