- The subject of the public contract is the provision of security audits of information systems and infrastructure in the contracting authority's environment.
Part of the subject of the performance of the public contract is directly related to the fulfillment of requirements according to Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security and on the amendment of related laws, as amendedof these regulations, and Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., on security measures, cyber security incidents, reactive measures, submission requirements in the field of cyber security and data disposal, as amended. The supplier acknowledges that in the event that with him ba contract has been concluded, registered by the contracting authority as a significant supplier within the meaning of § 8 of the decree on cyber security, in relation to the following information systems of the contracting authority: ABO/ABO-K, SKD, CERTIS, DMS, ESPIS, ISAI, JERRS, KRZR.
Detailed specifications of the subject of the public contract, incl. technical conditions,it is stated in the contract proposal, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
