- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of meals for the pupils and employees of Juventa Elementary School, located at: Milovice, MladΓ‘, KomenskΓ©ho 578, KostiΔka Kindergarten, located at: Milovice, MladΓ‘, TyrΕ‘ova 1500, SlunΓΔko Kindergarten, located at: Milovice, MladΓ‘, TopolovΓ‘ 622, Elementary School T. G. Masaryk, with registered office: Ε kolskΓ‘ 112, Milovice, Kindergarten "U BrouΔkΕ―" Milovice with registered office DukelskΓ‘ 320, Milovice and Kindergarten U Veverek - separate workplace of Kindergarten KostiΔka, address Milovice - MladΓ‘, KomenskΓ©ho 581, and in the form of operating a dining room with a daily and lunch menu. The canteens, including equipment and facilities, will be the subject of a lease agreement concluded between the client and the selected supplier. Provision of lunches for pupils as part of school meals will be implemented in accordance with Act No. 561/2004 Coll., on preschool, elementary, secondary, higher vocational and other education, as amended. Lunches will be prepared in accordance with Decree No. 107/2005 Coll., on school catering, as amended, and The principles of good production and hygienic practice in catering services (HACCP) and according to recipes for school meals. Provision of meals means the preparation of meals in the premises provided by the supplier by the contracting authority on the basis of a lease agreement, the delivery of meals to pupils and employees, waste removal and cleaning and maintenance of rented premises in the client's building.
