Description:
Ensuring railway transport service on the lines ordered by the Vysočina Region with electric traction and motor traction vehicles, including lines extending into neighboring regions, especially the South Bohemian Region, the Central Bohemian Region, the Pardubice Region and the South Moravian Region. The contract will be concluded on the period from the start of the validity of the timetable for the period from the validity of the timetable for the period 2029/2030 to the end of the validity of the timetable for the period 2034/2035, i.e. for 5 periods of validity of the timetable.
This is the conclusion of a contract for a transitional period not exceeding 5 years according to Article 5, paragraph 3a of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007. The customer does not rule out the request for the purchase of new EMU and BEMU vehicles, which the carrier resulting from the bidding process would subsequently be obliged to take over under the conditions set by the customer. If the customer requires the acquisition of new units, then for the acquisition of part of the EMU and BEMU units the customer assumes the use of financial support from the TRANSGov program No. 1/2024 from the resources of the Modernization Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Subsidy Program"). With regard to the conditions of the Subsidy Program, the carrier will be obliged to purchase new EMU and BEMU units in the procurement procedure according to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on procurement public contracts, as amended.
