- The customer assumes that the contract with the internal operator will be concluded by a group of authorities, which will be formed by the Statutory City of Karlovy Vary and the Karlovy Vary Region. It is therefore assumed that the internal operator will provide integrated public services in the transport of passengers for both members of the groupauthorities, i.e. it will ensure both the transport service of the territorial district of the Statutory City of Karlovy Vary and the suburban areas of the Statutory City of Karlovy Vary by city bus transport, as well as the transport service of the further defined part of the territorial district of the Karlovy Vary Region by public line transport.points out that a contract can be concluded with an internal operator only by one of the group of authorities, who also concludes the contract on behalf and on behalf of another from the group of authorities, or the conclusion of individual contracts for partial territorial areas.
By concluding a contract with an internal operator (in the sense of Art. 5 paragraph 2(EC) 1370/2007) in addition to city bus transport (see above), a public service in the transport of passengers by public line transport in defined parts of the territorial district of the Karlovy Vary region, namely in:
- area I, basically defined by the territory of the Cheb district, is to be ensured, also the West region,
- region II in theade defined by the territory of the Sokolov district, also the North area,
- area III basically defined by the territory of the left bank of the Ohře river and the borders of the Sokolov district, also the
Northeast area.
