- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of public services in the transport of passengers in public rail passenger transport for the purpose of ensuring traffic service, especially in the territory of the Olomouc Region, in accordance with Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on Regions, as amended, and § 2 ZVS.
Public subject of the order will be fulfilled on the basis of the contract concluded by the contracting authority with the supplier who submits the most economically advantageous offer. The contract will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, where opportunities and risks associated with the time development of the revenue amount will be fully borne by the client.
