Description: South Moravian Region (hereinafter referred to as "JMK") sends this notification of preliminary information on the grounds that it is threatening to change timetables ("Jř") in December 2022, the current carrier will not provide public services in the transport of passengers in the JMK. In view of the fact that JMK must be prepared to secure transport services, JMK will publish this notification of preliminary information.
The subject of the contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers by public rail passengers in the JMK. The order is divided into two basic operating files, depending on whether vehicles operated by JMK ownership (file a), or whether vehicles provided by the carrier (B) will be operated, these operating files are described in more detail below.
