- By concluding a contract with an internal operator (in the sense of Article 5, paragraph 2 of Regulation No. 1370/2007), the customer intends to provide public services in the transport of passengers by public scheduled transport in defined parts of the territorial district of the Karlovy Vary region, namely in:
- area I in principle defined by the territory of Cheb district, also the West area,
- area II basically defined by the territory of the Sokolov district, also the North area,
- area III basically defined by the territory of the left bank of the Ohře River and the boundaries of the Sokolov district, also the Northeast area.
The customer assumes that the contract with the internal operator will be concluded by a group of authorities, whichra will be formed by the Karlovy Vary Region and the Statutory City of Karlovy Vary. It is therefore assumed that the internal operator will provide integrated public services in the transport of passengers for both members of the group of authorities, i.e. it will ensure both the traffic service of the above-defined part of the territorial district of Karlovy Varyraj public line transport, as well as the transport service of the territorial district of the Statutory City of Karlovy Vary and the suburban areas of the Statutory City of Karlovy Vary by city bus transport.of Ghanaians, who also concludes the contract on behalf of and on behalf of another from the group of authorities or to conclude individual contracts for sub-territorial areas.
