- Provision of organizational, control and consulting services within the project of the BusinessInfo.cz portal, management and support of electronic services and CzechTrade products, administration related to the management of the BusinessInfo.cz portal as an Informant of the public administration system (IS VS according to Act No. 365/2000) in the national support organization esk trade support agency/CzechTrade (according to the contracting authority only).
Specifications of the subject of the contract:
The provider will provide for CzechTrade the services not mentioned related to the development of the BusinessInfo.cz portal, namely in the following areas: consultancy with project administration, planning, budgeting and control of inputs and load and according to the service related to the administration of electronic products CzechTrade:
Basic areas of provided services and consultancy within the project:
- Consulting and organization of services for financial planning and budget creation
-Recording of cash-flow distribution, registration and control of orders and deliveries, documentation
- Consulting and control services in the field of financial zen project
-Administrative, organized and control activities related to the management of the BusinessInfo.cz portal project between the Information Systems of the State Administration (IS VS) according to Act 365/2000 and related regulations and methodologies
- Organized and administrative services in the information system a informed client support Exporter address/Customer name
-Coordination of content work on the development of long projects with the Ministry of the Interior (namely, database formulas, Single contact point, Single Digital Gateway)
-Preparation of the basis for communication with the selected partners of the project (in particular the Portal of the General Administration, the Ministry, the Industry Association and of transport, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
