  • Provision of organizational, control and consulting services within the BusinessInfo.cz portal project, support of electronic services and CzechTrade products, administration related to the management of the BusinessInfo.cz portal as a Public Administration Information System (IS VS according to Act No. 365/2000) in state jurisdictionsinging organization - the Czech Trade Promotion Agency/CzechTrade (hereinafter referred to as the "contractor").

    Specification of the subject of the order:
    The provider will provide CzechTrade with the following services related to the development of the BusinessInfo.cz portal, mainly in the following areas: consulting with the administrationproject, planning, budgeting and control of expenses and costs, as well as services related to the administration of CzechTrade electronic products:
    Basic areas of provided services and consulting within the project:
    - Consulting and organizational services in financial planning and budgeting
    - Recordsbudget cash-flow, registration and control of orders and expenses, documentation
    - Consulting and control services in the field of project financial management
    - Administrative, organizational and control activities related to the management of the BusinessInfo.cz portal project between the Information Systems of the State Administration (IS VS) according toof Act 365/2000 and related regulations and methodologies
    - Organizational and administrative services in the provision of data in the information system and information support for clients Exporter directories/Client zones
    - Coordination of content work on the development of sub-projects with the MPO (primarily database of forms, Jednotne contact points, Single Digital Gateway)
    - Preparation of materials for communication with selected project partners (mainly Portal of public administration, ministries, Union of Industry and Transport, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
    - Consulting in the management and coordination of selected suppliers for the BusinessInfo portal. cz (beforeall administration connected with the supplier of content, management and implementation of SW, translations and suppliers of analytical materials)
    - Control of financial documents of suppliers, control of records of editorial work and reported documents and handover protocols, published articles in a given period
    - Management of invoicingabout the module in the editorial CMS and in the editorial project management software together with the related content control
    - Administrative services related to the project of the National Renewal Plan of the Czech Republic Entrepreneur Portal

    The expected scope of work can be between 30-37 hours per week (or approx. 145 hour/month) depending onthe needs of the contracting authority within the entire scope of the contract covering all requested and related activities and we assume min. 1 person who would deal with the subject of the contract.
