Description: This is a over -limit contract for providing service services at the place of performance (in the client buildings, in the premises of the Academy of Sciences, at Vienna 1083, 142 20 Prague 4). The subject of performance is to provide services consisting in continuous operation and provision of conventional service and regular maintenance in the client buildings. Services and activities mainly concern the following areas: air conditioning, central heating, wiring, MAR, DH2O economy, economy and CO2, vacuum, compressed air, technological cooling, pumping stations. The details of Annex 3 ZD are detailed in the details of the content and scope of the services and activities provided (which will be completed by Annex 1 to the contract). The service contract for 4 years or the amount equal to the total offer price, depending on what happens earlier, will be concluded with the selected supplier.
