Description: It is a over -limit contract for the provision of service services at the place of performance (in buildings of the contracting authority, in the premises of the Academy of Sciences, at Vídeňská 1083, 142 20 Prague 4). The subject of performance is to provide services consisting in continuous operation and provision of conventional service and regular maintenance in the client buildings.
Services and activities mainly concern the following areas: air conditioning, central heating, wiring, MAR, DH2O economy, economy and CO2, vacuum, compressed air, technological cooling, pumping stations. The details of Annex 3 ZD (which will form Annex 1 to the Contract) are detailed in the details. The service contract for 4 years or the amount equal to the total offer price, depending on what happens earlier, will be concluded with the selected supplier.
