- Provision of NZEE at the NN level for the construction program
Description of the order: The subject of the public order, awarded in the form of negotiation management with publication in accordance with § 161 ZZVZ, is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement in the sense of § 131 ZZVZ containing the commitment of the Participant, in his name and on his responsibility to the Contracting Authority, to keep the agreed NZEEunder the conditions specified in part 3 ZD - Binding contractual conditions and to provide Deployment of NZEE to ensure a spare power supply for the Equipment, and further, if necessary, to secure a spare power supply for the take-off point designated by the Customer, at voltage level nn (0.4 kV) in power bands of NZEE up to 100 kVA inclusive up to 160 kVA inclusive, up to 250 kVA inclusive, up to 400 kVA inclusive and up to 630 kVA inclusive.
