- The subject of the public contract, awarded in the form of a negotiation procedure with publication in accordance with § 161 ZZVZ, is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement in the sense of § 131 ZZVZ containing the Participant's commitment, in his name and at his own responsibility, to the Contracting Authority to hold the agreed NZEE under the conditions specified in part 3 ZD - Binding contractual conditionsand provide Deployment of NZEE to ensure spare power supply to the Equipment, and further, if necessary, to ensure spare power supply to the point of consumption specified by the Customer, at a voltage level of LV (0.4 kV) in power bands of NZEE up to 100 kVA inclusive, up to 160 kVA inclusive, up to 250 kVA inclusive, up to and including 400 kVA and up to 630 hpVA včetně.
