Services will be provided for both the Central Contracting Authority and for authorizing agents listed in Annex and ZD. Fulfillment includes all activities related to the provision of the required services in 24/7/365. By providing telecommunication services through the GSM mobile operator network, in particular, the provision of mobile telecommunications voice and data services.
