- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the continuous provision of telephone services in the required structure through the participant's mobile network from the end of the procurement procedure, or from the effective date of the contract, for a period of 4 years. In Appendix number 2 - "Calculation of the tender price", the contracting authority determines according to the volumeof outgoing calls and sent SMS of user categories marked Tariff A to D. Minutes of outgoing traffic are based on average values for the previous months and are given only for domestic calls. The parameters of individual tariffs listed in Appendix No. 2 are the minimum required values,nic can offer even higher values than required.
The contracting authority does not allow automatic extension of the contract.
