- The subject of the public contract is the provision of the following health services according to the law. 372/2011 Coll., on health services, as amended by later regulations (according to the Act on Health Services only): a) medical transport services according to paragraph 2 2 psm. e) Act on health services (according to Jen ZDS), b) transportation of the patient without delay according to 2 paragraph 2 psm. f) Act on health services (according to PPNP only) accompanied by a health care provider, c) PPNP accompanied by lkae. The listed health services will be provided to foreigners by selected contractors who meet the conditions of 123a of the law. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners on the territory of the Czech Republic, as amended by later regulations
