The supplier always delivers to the customer a draft menu for the following calendar month no later than 10 days in advance.the principles of rational nutrition, nutritional value and variety of the diet must be respected, with a reasonable time variation of the types of food being prepared, taking into account the main target group of the client, i.e. seniors (soft meat and rice, fish without bones, compotes without seeds or cores, etc.).
