• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of usage rights ("licenses") for the use of Microsoft Corporation products included in the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions license program in such a way as to cover the licensing needs on all computers and other devices transferred to the acquirer for the management of established contributory organizations, or to listed legal entities providing education and school services, for a three-year period: 2026-2028.
  The subject of performance is specifically:
  a) delivery of the Microsoft 365 Education A3 product, i.e. provision of the following licenses:
  AAD-38391 M365 EDU A3 Unified Edu Sub Per User;
  the contracting authority requires that this product (Microsoft 365 Education A3 with product number AAD-38391) contains all the features guaranteed by Microsoft at the time of the performance of this public contract;
  together with the delivery of the above-mentioned licenses is requested free of charge (no increase prices) to supply licenses for the following products:
  AAD-38397 M365 A3 Unified Edu Sub Student Use Benefit Per User;
  RQL-00001 M365 Apps Enterprise Devices Edu Sub Add-on;
  b) provision of related services included in the price of the license and technical support services of the Microsoft environment, while support is required for 98 users (schools and school facilities established by the Moravian-Silesian Region) and purchasers (contractors). The list of organizations is given in Annex No. 1 of the terms and conditions.
