- The public contract (hereinafter also "VZ") is divided into 2 separate parts, namely Part 1 entitled "Provision of legal services in the field of ICT and cyber security" and Part 2 entitled "Provision of general legal advice". The subject of this VZ is the provision of professional legal advice, i.e. the provisionprovision of legal services, which will mainly consist of the processing of opinions, analyzes and support or independent supervision in the implementation of the client's projects, under the conditions that are detailed in the individual Framework Agreements on the provision of legal services (hereinafter also the "Agreement" or "Frameworkagreement"), which form Annex No. 2 ZD 1 - ZD 2.
As a result of the procurement procedure, or each part will conclude a Framework Agreement with one selected supplier. More detailed specifications of the subject of the contract, the time of the contract, the requirements for proof of qualification, the requirements for the method of processing the tender price and the rules forthe evaluation of bids is detailed in the ZD for individual parts of the contract.
The supplier is entitled to submit a bid for one or both parts of the contract, for each part separately.
