- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of legal services, especially in the field of ICT law and also in the field of public procurement law, for the purposes of solving projects and public contracts of the contracting authority, which require close legal specialization and in their case it is necessary to ensure sufficientprotection of the rights and legitimate interests of the contracting authority. As a rule, these are often very large-scale projects, and legal advice must be concentrated in a short period of time, in which it is not possible to provide the necessary legal support by the client's internal employees.
This will be the full widthlegal services required for the performance of activities within the purview of the contracting authority in the field of ICT, from the preparation of the terms and conditions of public contracts, representing the contracting authority before courts and other bodies and institutions, to legal advisory services (i.e. activities stipulated by Act No. 85/1996 on Advocacy, in wording of poslater regulations). The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with three (3) participants.
