• The subject of the public order is the conclusion of a contract with one provider for the provision of the first services in the regime of law. 85/1996 Coll., on advocacy, according to the needs and requirements of the contracting authority in the field of the first service relationship of a member of the security forces, labor first, police first and first at first.
