- general legal advice related to the activities of the KSUS provided in the sense of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on Advocacy, as amended, focusing in particular on the following areas of law: a) public procurement law, including representation in administrative proceedings before the Office for protection of economic shardship and in subsequent administrative court proceedings, and further including counseling during negotiations and representation before subsidy authorities, b) administrative law (e.g. construction, road, environmental protection), c) civil law, especially dealing with real estate incl. property dispositions of construction parties liconstructions, as well as compensation for damages, etc., d) criminal law. The subject of legal services provided as part of the performance of this public contract may also be legal services according to § 29 letter k) point 1 and 2 of the Act. The estimated scope of legal services requested for the period of one year of the contract is 2,000 hoursin.
