Description of the contract: General legal advice related to the activities of KSUS provided in the sense of Act c. 85/1996 Coll., on Advocacy, as amended by later regulations, focusing in particular on the following areas of law a) the law of public procurement, including representation in good orderthem before the Office for the Protection of Economic Competition and in subsequent administrative court proceedings, as well as advice in negotiations and representation before subsidized bodies, b) administrative law (e.g. construction, road, environmental protection), c) civil law, in particular dealing with real estate incl.property law dispositions of the parties to the construction of line structures, further compensation for damage, etc., d) criminal law. The subject of legal services provided in the framework of the fulfillment of this public contract may also be legal services according to ยง 29 of the letter. k) point 1 and 2 of the Act. Estimated range of legal services requested for the periodone-year duration of the contract amounts to 2,000 hours.
