Description: The subject of this public contract is the general legal advice related to the activities of the KSUS provided in accordance with Act No. 85/1996 Coll., On advocacy, as amended, focusing on the following areas of law: Home (a) public procurement law, including representation in administrative proceedings before the competition authority and in follow-up of administrative proceedings, as well as consultancy in negotiations with subsidy authorities,
(b) Building and Administrative Right, Home (c) civil law, in particular real estate management incl. Facilities for the construction of line buildings, further damages, etc.
The subject of legal services provided in the implementation of this public contract may also be legal services under Section 29 (a). (k) point 1. and 2. Notice.
Expected scope of legal services demanded for the period of one calendar year of the contract is 2,000 hours
