Description: The contracting authority, the Regional Administration and Maintenance of Roads of the Central Bohemian Region, a contributory organization (hereinafter referred to as the "contracting authority" or "KSÚS") provides road maintenance II. and III. class in the Central Bohemian Region, incl. bridge structures, as well as the implementation of the agenda of investor preparation and implementation of transport structures owned by the Central Bohemian Region.
The subject of this public contract is general legal advice related to the activities of the KSÚS provided in accordance with Act No. 85/1996 Coll., On Advocacy, as amended, focusing on the following areas of law:
a) public procurement law, including representation in administrative proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition and in subsequent administrative court proceedings, as well as advice in dealing with subsidy bodies,
b) construction and administrative law,
c) civil law, in particular the handling of real estate,
d) criminal law.
