- PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES - GENERAL LEGAL ADVICE IN THE FIELD OF ROAD AND CONSTRUCTION RIGHTS
Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract for the conclusion of a framework agreement with a minimum of two and a maximum of eight participants will be the provision of legal services in the field of road and construction law according to the tender documentation and their annexes. The subject of performance of the public contract is also - comprehensive representation of the contracting authority in the execution of decisions issued in the above procedures; - comprehensive legal representation of the contracting authority before other bodies and institutions; - preparation of legal analyzes and opinions, preparation of contracts and other documents, creation of internal regulations, provision of legal advice and consultations, participation and representation of the contracting authority in negotiations, as well as other forms of legal services, all in particular in the areas mentioned above.
