- Provision of legal, financial, economic and technical consultancy services before and during the procurement process for the selection of a concessionaire for the PPP project D35
Description of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive legal, financial, economic and technical consultancy before and during the procurementaci management for the selection of the concessionaire for the PPP D35 project, including advice on the possibility of concluding the relevant contracts by the contracting authority. Furthermore, in accordance with § 100, paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority reserves the possibility to use the negotiation process without publication for the provision of new services by the selected supplier even after the financial agreementwithin the project. The client's interest is to implement a public-private partnership project consisting in completing the design and ensuring the construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the unfinished section of the D35 highway in the Opatovec-Mohelnice section and in ensuring the operation and maintenance of the existing, immediatelyto the new buildings in the west adjacent to the road infrastructure in the section Litomysl-Janov and the section Janov-Opatovec. Further information is given in the tender conditions of the subject public contract.
