- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the Public Procurement is) one-time performance consisting in the implementation of automated support for the agenda for the implementation of ecological obligations (hereinafter also "REZA"), including the processing of a pre-implementation analysisrequired REZA functionalities, delivery and installation of REZA in the test and production environment, delivery of REZA source codes and configuration codes of the environment, development of video instructions for individual processes of user/administrator operation of REZA, delivery of relevant documentation, execution of data migrationrelating to the implementation of environmental obligations from the existing IBM Domino/Notes application platform, the creation of an EXIT strategy and user training, b) to ensure increased support for the Client's operation and users after the installation of REZA in the test environment, for a duration of 90 calendar days, c) verification of thethe nature of the data migration carried out with the cooperation of the Employer's employees, namely by the simultaneous operation of REZA in the production environment and the existing IBM Domino/Notes application platform for a period of 60 calendar days, d) ensuring the further development of REZA according to the requirements of the Employer in the scope of a maximum of 320 man-days in a period of 93 monthse) training of users, administrators and infrastructure support, carried out as a follow-up to the development of REZA on request, f) provision of support for operations and users of the Contracting Authority for a duration of 93 months, g) the supplier's obligation to provide, in the event of the Contracting Authority's request, a license for both supported and unsupportedplatforms, databases and other necessary licenses of commercially available SW and maintenance (technical support) of these licenses until the end of the contract, always to the maximum extent necessary to ensure the required functionalities of REZA, h) implementation of change management before the completion of the work that will be treatedpossible differences against the specification of the work caused, for example, by a change in legislation.
