- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of services in the following areas:
1) HelpDesk service - first-level user support for the contracting authority's employees at the locations of the contracting authority's workplaces in Prague (hereafter referred to as the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and to a limited extent for the contracting authority's employees at the embassies of the Czech Republic abroad (dbut only ZU) when working with computer technology, using office software and other operated applications and systems.
2) Technical support for users of the contracting authority's information system (hereinafter "IS MFA") during the implementation and maintenance of computer technology in the IS MFA.
More information will be specified in the draft contractand in the procurement documentation.
