• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of the Framework Agreement governing the conditions relating to the awarding of partial public contracts for the provision of services in the field of external communication to the upcoming Vltava Philharmonic through marketing, public relations and public affairs activities and tools. A more detailed specification of performance is given in the draft Framework Agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Binding Draft Framework Agreement"). Awarding partial public contracts During the period of validity and effectiveness of the Framework Agreement the Contracting Authority will send (by email to the contact address specified in the Framework Agreement) written invitations (orders) to the selected supplier. Each written request will contain all the necessary information about the required performance, in particular the place of performance, a description of the content of the partial performance (the subject of the partial public procurement), the term of partial performance, the price of partial performance (if the nature of the partial performance allows) and the deadline for accepting the order. The sample of the written request according to the previous sentence forms Annex No. 6 of the Binding Sample of the Framework Agreement.
