- The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result by the EPC method. Within the framework of the contract, the service provider will ensure the design, preparation, implementation, financing and evaluation of saving measures. Finance will be used to the maximum extent possible to pay off the implementation costsnational savings generated by austerity measures. The benefits from savings measures will be guaranteed by the service provider for the entire warranty period (10 years), when the service provider bears the entire risk of not achieving the measures proposed and implemented by him.
