- The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result by the EPC method.
As part of the contract, the service provider will ensure the design, preparation, implementation, financing and evaluation of saving measures. To the maximum extent possible, fina will be used to pay off the implementation costsnational savings generated by austerity measures. Benefits from savings measures will be guaranteed by the service provider for the entire warranty period (10 years), when the service provider bears the entire risk of not achieving the measures proposed and implemented by him.
