Description: The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result according to §10e (4) of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On the management of energy, as amended.
The public contract will be implemented using the Energy Performance Contracting method (hereinafter referred to as "EPC"). It is a comprehensive contract involving the preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of energy-saving measures introduced, and the supplier will provide the contracting authority to achieve the expected economic benefits.
Specific energy-saving measures The Supplier proposes itself and includes the EPC project, which is subsequently implemented in each area. The proposed energy-saving measures include, according to the requirements of the contracting authority, the heating area, building measures improving the heat technical characteristics of buildings, lighting, consumption of hot or cold water, etc. See the tender documentation for details. ... - Documents :
