- The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result in accordance with §10e, paragraph 4 of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., Energy Management, as amended. The public contract will be implemented using the Energy Performance Contracting method (hereinafter referred to as "EPC" ). It is a comprehensive fora task including the preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of the implemented energy-saving measures, while the supplier will provide the client with a guarantee for the achievement of the expected economic benefits. Specific energy-saving measures will be proposed by the supplier himself and included in pthe EPC project, which will subsequently be implemented in each area. The proposed energy-saving measures will include, according to the assumptions of the contracting authority, the area of heating, construction measures improving the thermal technical properties of buildings, lighting, consumption of hot or cold water, etc. For details, see the Tender documentatione.
