- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract between the contracting authority and the supplier for the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result using the Energy Performance Contracting method of the administrative building A in the area of the Depo Zličin, Dopravni podniku hl. City of Prague, joint-stock company.
Part of the subject of performancepublic procurement also includes all engineering activities, including the creation of a project and documentation of the actual implementation of energy-saving measures. The performance also includes other services necessary for the successful functioning of the energy system after the introduction of energy-saving devices. As part of the public contractthe design, preparation, implementation, financing and evaluation of cost-saving measures will be ensured by the service provider. Savings generated by austerity measures will be used to the maximum extent possible to pay off implementation costs. Benefits from savings measures will be guaranteed by the service provider for a period of cduration of the contract.
